SAVINGS BEYOND SPACE

Kitchen spaces are shrinking, and in some operations, are nonexistent. As costs continue to rise, operators now have to do more with less space, saving money on building costs, monthly rent, labor, and overhead.

As a solution to their space challenges, operators are discovering ventless cooking equipment. Ventless equipment provides added flexibility in terms of kitchen design. Operators can place this equipment anywhere outside of a traditional kitchen hood-maximizing floor space while improving efficiency and workflow.

5 WAYS TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF YOUR STAINLESS-STEEL COOKWARE

Stainless steel pots and pans are often the ‘workhorse’ of the kitchen. Investing in new stainless-steel cookware is exciting, and it is refreshing to cook with brand new, superbly clean pots, pans, and utensils.

Cleaning and caring for your cookware are crucial in keeping the equipment in the ‘brand new’ condition for as long as possible. Get the most life out of your cookware by protecting them from discoloration, rust & corrosion, and scratches by following the below guidelines.

THE GOODS ON PLANNED MAINTENANCE

"Studies have shown that electricity costs for a refrigeration unit with clean coils are several hundred dollars a year cheaper than costs for one with dirty coils. Multiply that by every refrigerator in operation, and the savings realized through planned maintenance can add up to thousands of dollars a year."

"Another benefit is preferential treatment from the service agency. If a unit goes down unexpectedly, your planned maintenance provider will likely make your repair a priority. You are a more important customer and form a better relationship.”
