Hydrate to Accelerate Terms & Conditions

1. The Hydrate to Accelerate promotion runs from September 1 to October 13, 2026, at participating Foster’s locations in Grand Cayman.
2. The promotion is open to Cayman Islands residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Progressive Distributors Ltd., Foster’s, Arch Automotive and any other company directly involved in the promotion, as well as their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family members include spouses and children.
3. To enter, purchase any three participating Gatorade 20oz, 24oz or 28oz bottles in a single transaction. Participating flavours and sizes may be mixed and matched. Participating products and entry slips are available while stocks last.
4. Complete the official entry slip printed at checkout, then deposit it in the promotional entry box provided in-store before the promotion closes.
5. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be supported by a separate valid qualifying purchase and official entry slip. Incomplete, illegible, duplicated, altered entries will be disqualified.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. The winner will receive one new Chery Tiggo 2. Vehicle colour, model specifications and features may vary from promotional images and will be subject to availability. 
7. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product. The selected entrant may be required to provide valid identification, proof of age, proof of Cayman Islands residency before receiving the prize.
8. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone using the number provided on the entry slip and must answer the first call to claim the prize. Only one call attempt will be made. If the selected entrant does not answer, provides an incorrect or unavailable telephone number, or is otherwise unreachable, the entry will be disqualified and another entry will be drawn immediately.
9. If the selected entrant answers the call but is subsequently found to be ineligible, cannot provide the required verification or has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.
10. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional photography, video and publicity relating to the promotion, where permitted by law.
11. Personal information collected will be used only to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the selected entrant and award the prize. 
12. Progressive Distributors Ltd. reserves the right to verify or disqualify entries and to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its fairness or proper operation, subject to applicable law.
13. A total of CI$0.10 for every participating Gatorade bottle sold during the promotional period will be donated towards and limited to the purchase of one Chery Tiggo 2 car for Meals on Wheels Cayman. 
14. By entering, participants confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The promotion is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and the Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
