Born and raised in Venice, Italy, Chef Federico has lived in Cayman since 1999. Starting at Ragazzi Restaurant, then assisting with the opening of Luca, he now owns his own restaurant, Bacaro. Located at the Cayman Islands Yacht Club, Bacaro is known for its fresh and exciting menu.
