Owner of Prime Kitchen (private chef service) and Carnivore Premium Meats (bespoke butcher shop) in Cayman, he's well-known on island for pushing the boundaries with everything he does. However, when's not here, he can be found hosting the television show Fire Masters on the Cooking Channel in the U.S.
