Terms and Condition

Eligibility:

Must be a legal resident of Grand Cayman over the age of 18.

Current and ex-employees (within 60 days of end contract) of Progressive Distributors Ltd., Foster’s Food Fair, Ltd., and their immediate family, are not eligible to participate.

Promotion runs November 4 to 30 2024 in participating retailers island wide.

How to Enter:

In-Store Purchase:

Purchase at least one Ensure, Pedialyte, or Pediasure product at Foster’s Airport, Camana Bay, or Countryside locations.

Complete and sign the entry slip provided by the cashier.

WhatsApp Entry:

 Purchase at least one Ensure, Pedialyte, or Pediasure product.

 Send a photo of your receipt with your name to +1 (345) 936-5815 via WhatsApp.

Important Notes:

• Limit: One entry per transaction.
• Duplicate Entries: Will be disqualified.
• Privacy: Contact information collected with entries will be stored securely for a period not exceeding six (6) months before being destroyed. Contact information will only be used to contact winners and will not be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated by the entrant.

Prize and Winner Selection:

• Prizes: There will be four (4) winners and one (1) main Winner.

Main prize is (1) Real Madrid Away Large Shirt 24/2 +cap+ scarf+ bottle.   Weekly prizes- 1 winner each week

Week 1- 1 backpack+shoebag+1 bottle

Week 2 1 scarf+1 cap+ backpack

Week 3 1 shoe bag+ 1 scarf +cap

Week 4-1 shoebag+1 bottle+1cap

• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by random drawn by Dec 3rd.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by phone. If they cannot be reached within 24 hours, the prize will go to the runner-up. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, the prize will go to the runner-up.
• Prize Claim: Prizes must be collected within 14 business days of being contacted.
• Prize Acceptance: Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Progressive Distributors Limited reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• Prize from Promotion: Progressive Distributors Limited will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Progressive Distributors Limited will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Progressive Distributors Limited takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Progressive Distributors Limited liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Progressive Distributors Limited shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Progressive Distributors Limited and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• The Winner name: name of the winner must be provided to Progressive Distributors Limited if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Progressive Distributors Limited after the winner has been selected.
• Changes/ Cancellation of the Promotion; In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Progressive Distributors Limited reasonable control, Progressive Distributors Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Progressive Distributors Limited decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
