The most irresistible weekend breakfast!

Super simple and delicious, this French Toast recipe uses brioche bread (a must if you ask us) along with quality ingredients from Organic Valley and Niman Ranch. Finish it off with a drizzle of your favorite maple syrup and serve with scrambled eggs and bacon, YUM



  • 6 Organic Valley eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 oz (1 pack) sliced Niman Ranch Maple bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Organic Valley heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 6 slices Bakerly sliced brioche bread
  • 6 oz (1 pouch) of Organic Valley Italian Blend Shredded Cheese


  1. Start by beating 3 eggs, add salt to taste and scramble in a hot skillet until slightly set, set aside. 
  2. Cook the bacon in a hot pan or place under the grill until crisp.
  3. To make the egg dip, mix the other 3 eggs with heavy cream, maple syrup and cinnamon.
  4. Preheat the griddle or large skillet on medium heat (coat with non-stick cooking spray). Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and place it on the hot skillet. Cook until edges start to brown, then flip the bread over and cook on other side until brown.
  5. When the bread is toasty, top with shredded cheese, scrambled egg and bacon. Serve on a platter and enjoy.
